I talk websites all day, then go home and build apps.
I'm Greg Lauver, VP of Key Account Management & Sales at Sharp Innovations, a web design and development agency in Conestoga, PA. I work with our clients on what their sites need to do, from the first conversation through launch and the years after.
I've designed a lot of those sites myself, too. A few of them are on the work page: a law firm, an architecture firm, a home builder, a tour company, a pediatric therapy center and a retreat center out in the woods.
After hours I build apps, mostly for my own phone. If something I use every day bugs me, I'd rather make my own version. That's how I ended up with a podcast player, an audiobook player, a reading tracker for my family and a couple of games I actually want to play. Nudge started because I needed a better way to keep track of who I owe a call.
I care about the parts people don't notice until they're wrong: how fast a page loads, how a button feels, whether the thing does what you expected the first time.
